What does the role offer?

As an experienced Consulting Manager/Recruitment Consultant, you have a central role where you drive the business forward and strengthen our network of clients and candidates. You are responsible for the entire recruitment and staffing process, matching the right talents with the right assignments, and working closely with our account managers. Your main tasks:

• Build and nurture customer relationships: Act as an advisory partner to our clients and ensure long-term collaborations within competence supply.

• Recruitment: Independently manage entire recruitment processes, candidate assessments, personality tests, and feedback for various roles in both the executive and collective sectors.

• Staffing: Handle everything from advertising and selection to interviews and hiring.

• Personnel responsibility: Coach and support consultants to create a motivating work environment.

• Sales: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of our operations in Luleå.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in consulting responsibility, recruitment, or a similar role where personnel responsibility and business development have been in focus. We prefer that you have experience handling inquiries in the executive and collective sectors, as this is a central part of our operations. You have a strong business drive and the ability to quickly understand and meet customer needs. With solid knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and recruitment processes, you are a stable and reliable resource that we can trust to deliver high-quality solutions. You are someone who can drive business forward, both independently and together with the team. You function excellently in a team and actively contribute to a positive collaboration, while also being self-sufficient and confident in taking responsibility for your own tasks. You are driven by setting and achieving goals, and have a competitive spirit that motivates you to deliver results. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment where the pace is high and change is a natural part of everyday life.
